Training Practices Health Education England working across Kent, Surrey & Sussex

The Village Surgery has been accredited to train fully qualified doctors intending to become general practitioners.  They are called GP Registrars.

The Practice needs to be regularly inspected and only doctors approved for this purpose will carry out the assessments.

Sometimes the doctor may wish to record their consultations and patients will be asked to consent to this.  Your permission will always be requested beforehand.

Dr Hyder and Dr Coutroubis are both qualified as GP Trainers.  Our current registrars are Dr Kieran Ali, Dr Gunjan Kad, Dr Onaiza Zahid and Dr Geraldine Haynes.

As a training practice we can also host other trainees such as Paramedic Practioner and Physician Associate trainees.
