Welcome to The Village Surgery. Southwater's only NHS doctors' surgery. We aim to provide a high standard of general practice, keeping up to date with modern technology yet preserving the traditional values of family medicine.
Our premises are purpose-built, spacious and fully accessible to the disabled.
Consultations are by appointment only & are available within 48 hours.
Patients will from time to time receive letters from the practice asking them to attend health checks.

PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP We have recently established a Patient Participation Group at The Village Surgery & invite volunteers to join the group. This will entail attending four to six meetings a year to discuss issues such as patient surveys, opening times & practice services in general. We would like your help to assist us in improving services to our patients. If you would like to volunteer to join the group, please either contact the Practice Manager or give your name in at reception Flu Vaccination Clinics are held annually throughout October & November. If you are aged over 65 or if you suffer from Heart Disease, Diabetes, Chronic Lung Disease, Liver Disease, Kidney Disease, Stroke, a Reduced Immune System or you are pregnant please telephone or call into the surgery to book your appointment. ------------------------------ THE VILLAGE SURGERY OFFERS EXTENDED HOURS APPOINTMENTS FOR PATIENTS WHO ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND DURING NORMAL SURGERY OPENING TIMES. THESE ARE HELD ALTERNATELY ON SATURDAY MORNINGS AND MONDAY & WEDNESDAY EVENINGS.
