Asthma
Initial Assessments, annual reviews and follow up apointments available with the nurse.

Cardiovascular Clinic
By appointment.

Cervical Smears
With the practice nurse by appointment. NHS recommend 3 yearly checks for women under 50 and 5 yearly for women between 50 and 65.

Childhood Immunisation Clinic
Your child will be given an appointment when injections are due. It is important that children receive all these immunisations. If you have any concerns please consult your doctor.

COPD Clinics                                                                                                          
By appointment. 

Diabetic Clinic
Weekly by appointment.

Family Planning
By appointment. All services are provided including the fitting of intra-uterine devices, diaphragms and the dispensing of the contraceptive pill/injection.

Flu Immunisation Clinic
Clinics are held between October & December for our patients aged 65 and over and patients of all ages with any of the following conditions: Chronic Respiratory Disease and Asthma, Chronic Heart Disease, Chronic Renal Disease, Chronic Liver Disease, Diabetes and Immunosuppression.  Children aged 2, 3 & 4 years of aged are also offered flu immunisation here at the surgery.
 

Maternity Medical Services
Provided by the doctors during normal surgery hours. The Midwife holds a weekly clinic by appointment.

Minor Surgery Clinic
Weekly by appointment and pre-arrangement by a doctor. We also run a cryotherapy clinic for the treatment of warts and verrucae. For any operative or invasive procedure, patients will be required to give their written consent after the doctor has provided information on the risks and benefits of the procedure.

NHS Health Checks
A 30 minute check up for patients aged between 40 & 74 and who do not suffer from any chronic disease, to assess your risk of developing heart disease, type 2 diabetes, kidney disease and stroke.

Phlebotomy
Monday to Friday a.m. by appointment for blood tests requested by GP's or alternatively there is a drop in clinic at Horsham Hospital (Mon-Frid- 8am-3pm)

Pneumococcal Immunisation
For patients aged 65 and over to help protect against Pneumonia, Septicaemia and Meningitis.

Private Medical Examinations
By appointment with a doctor for our registered patients for:  HGV & PCV licences, Pre-employment, Elderly fitness to drive, Seatbelt exemption etc. There is a charge for these examinations as it is non-NHS work.

Smoking Cessation
For smoking cessation advice and details of clinics, please contact our Nurse Smoking Cessation Adviser.

Test Results
Routine, non-urgent tests take at least 48 working hours to reach the surgery. Normal results will not be communicated to the patient routinely, if you wish to enquire, please phone the surgery after 11.00am.  Abnormal results will be communicated to the patient.

Travel Clinic
By appointment, please complete a Travel Form, Patients travelling abroad who need vaccinations are advised to make an appointment with the Practice Nurses at least six weeks prior to their departure date.  There is a charge for the majority of travel vaccines.
