The surgery is closed between 6.30pm & 8.00am. If you require urgent medical attention during these times please telephone the Out of Hours Service on 0300 130 1313.
Consultations are by appointment only, which are available within 48 hours.
One Appointment - One Patient. If you wish to see a specific doctor, you may have to wait a bit longer. There are three or four pre-booked appointments available each day for each doctor. If you are unable to keep your appointment please telephone to cancel as soon as possible.
If you require a home visit, please try to telephone before 10.30am, so that the doctors' days can be planned. If the patient is infectious but can be bought to the surgery, the receptionist can arrange for you to wait in a side room.
Please inform the surgery immediately if there is a change of your address or telephone number.

Cancelling Your Appointment
Please ring 01403 730 016 as soon as possible to cancel an appointment.
DUE TO THE HIGH DEMAND FOR APPOINTMENTS AND TO RELIEVE THE PRESSURE ON OUR SYSTEM, WE WOULD RESPECTFULLY REQUEST THAT IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU TELEPHONE THE SURGERY TO CANCEL SO THAT IT MAY BE ALLOCATED TO SOMEONE ELSE IN NEED.
