Surgery telephone lines are open between 8am and 12.30pm and 2pm and 6.30pm Monday to Friday.

We do offer extended hours surgeries on some weekday evenings and Saturdays.  Please enquire from reception for details. 

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or Call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

If you need treatment for minor burns, cuts, sprains, strains or stings you should attend: 

Minor Injury Unit, Horsham Hospital which is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays).

Crawley Urgent Treatment Centre, West Green Drive, Crawley RH11 7DH – open 7 days a week 7:30am -10pm.

If you have a serious medical problem you should attend: 

The Accident & Emergency Department at East Surrey or Worthing Hospitals which are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week including Bank Holidays OR DIAL 999.
