Whilst we recognise we are not perfect, it is our experience that many complaints are the result of misunderstandings or poor communication. If you do not understand what a doctor or member of staff says to you, please ask for more clarification or to talk to a more senior member of staff.

If you feel that you have grounds for complaint, please discuss this with the member of staff concerned, when it is hoped that any problems can be resolved at once. Should you not wish to speak to the person directly, then please contact the Practice Manager
