If you require travel vaccinations please complete the Travel Risk assessment form. Please be aware that there may be a charge for some vaccinations

Non-urgent advice: Clinics

Here at the surgery we offer Minor Surgery clinics and Family Planning clinics. You will need to be seen by one of our GP's before you can be booked into these. 

Please speak to reception who will advise you. 

Citizens Advice Bureau hold a clinic here once a month- please contact them to arrange an appointment.

Scrivens Audiology and Sussex Dermatology have weekly clinics here at the surgery. You will need to speak directly to these providers to organise appointments.

Non-urgent advice: Accessing someone else’s information (Proxy access)

As a parent, family member or carer, you may be able to access services for someone else. We call this having proxy access.

Our Care Co-ordinator, Donna Gilpin, supports the clinicians by offering non-medical advice to our patients.
