The Practice is a non limited partnership and holds a contract with NHS West Sussex to provide Primary Care services to residents of Southwater and the surrounding area. 

The partners of the Practice are: Dr Leonie Hyder ( BmedSci, BM, BS (Nottingham 2001), MRCGP,DRCOG, PGCert)
Dr Daphne Coutroubis  (MB, BS, MRCG, PGCert) 

All of our registered patients are allocated a named, accountable GP.  This will be the same GP as the one you are registered with. However, you can make an appointment with any of our doctors, regardless of your named GP, within the limits of appointment availability.

The Village Surgery is a training practice for GP Registrars. Dr Hyder and Dr Coutroubis are both trainers and will have various registrars at the surgery at different times.

The surgery is part of Horsham Collaborative Primary Care Network with three other local practices: Courtyard Surgery, Cowfold Surgery and Rudgwick Surgery. We work together to provide some of the additional services we offer our patients.
